Tschabrun
The Project: Celebrating Individuality #
Every home is different, so it can be challenging to choose the right chairs. The aim of this project was therefore to ensure that Tschabrun’s models can be easily customized to perfectly suit their future owners and fit into their homes.
With a modern design and an intuitive user interface, Tschabrun is launching a new 3D product configurator including a webshop.
3D Models You Can Touch #
With the 3D product configurator, we have created the possibility to choose from many models and select the specifications that suit your individual needs. Seat cover in blue fabric or rough leather? Black frame or would you prefer beech? Selecting the desired look is very easy and gives you the opportunity to compare different models and view the chairs from every angle.
The design of the chair models was implemented with Blender. We used React Three Fiber in the programming to display the 3D configurations. The models are loaded dynamically via the GraphQL interface of CraftCMS, which we adapted for this use case with a customized software solution.
Intuitive Usability #
An important aspect of the project was a modern look that gives users a feeling of ease when using the website and configurator. In collaboration with Weber, Mathis + Freunde, we therefore focused on an optimal user experience so that users can easily configure their individual chairs and are intuitively guided through the product selection process.
Of course, this also includes the perfect display of content on all devices, be it desktop, tablet or smartphone.
The team of bitperfect not only implemented the configurator in an excellent way, but also advised us professionally and competently during the design phase. We are very pleased with the result and are convinced that this new sales tool will be a great success on the market.
