The project #
For SREA (Smart Real Estate Agent Solution), we developed a lean platform focused on automated apartment viewings. It is intended for real estate agents, property managers, and property developers who want to schedule viewings digitally and contactlessly without additional personnel costs. Interested parties can book an appointment online, verify their identity, and receive an access code automatically. Access to the property is via smart door systems.
Design & Prototyping #
Since the project is still in its early stages, the focus was on quickly implementing a small website as a digital business card. The design is deliberately simple yet modern, functional, and responsive. It is also easily expandable if necessary.
Technical Implementation and Functions #
The goal was to develop a smooth prototype with a clear focus on expandability. The technical architecture is based on a React front end and a FastAPI back end. The platform communicates modularly with various lock systems, such as NUKI, SwitchBot, and igloohome. Devices are controlled via an interface that automatically generates and sends the appropriate access code to visitors.
